Don't call me "user"

Have you noticed that the only people who call their customers ‘users’ are drug dealers and people who work in IT? Not good is it?

That’s why Fresh Security is committed to never calling our customers ‘users’ - it’s not nice, it’s not cool. But we understand that our team will make slips, and get it wrong from time to time.
