Fresh Security is Moving Faster 🏃

We’re all living in extraordinary times, with home working being at the front of everyone’s attention. At Fresh Security, we are a remote-first company, so we have felt little impact. But we are seeing many of our customers and friends adapting to working remotely. That’s why we are accelerating our efforts. We think we can help.

It’s been a busy month, so let’s get right into this month’s updates.

🎢 We’ve started rolling out access

So far over 50 organisations are up and running on Fresh Security. As we add more customers, we are focussed on continually improving the on-boarding flow. We want to make sure future members of our community get the very best possible experience. We understand that many of you want to use Fresh Security as soon as possible. We're working to make that happen.

📋Automated Reporting

In the coming days, customers will start receiving weekly risk reports. These reports provide direct insight into the new accounts we've found and the changes that have occurred in the last week. These reports will be delivered directly to your email inbox, so please keep a lookout. We’d love to hear what you think.

🧾 Invoicing directly on freshsec.com

We’re a few days away from allowing subscriptions and payments on freshsec.com. This is something that your finance teams have been asking for us to do, to make their lives easier. So - we’ve moved to use Stripe, and it’s almost ready. We understand how critical tiny details are to the operation of your organizations, which is why this has been a high priority for us.

🗣 Don’t forget, you tell us what to do ...and we’re all ears

In case you missed it, in January’s update we talked about focusing on the things you've asked for. We've heard from lots of you about the kinds of features that you need, and we've learned that there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to this.

Based on what you've told us, we are adding your thoughts and ideas to our transparent roadmap. But, we need you to start voting and tell us which are your favourite features. It'll only take 30 seconds to vote! 🙏
